preconstruction estimating & VE
we provide cost-effective pre-construction services to value-oriented clients throughout the pre-construction and construction process, we continually look for efficiency, improvements or enhancements to the mechanical design and material use that will save time and money without compromising the integrity and quality of the work.
shop drawings, submittals, & scheduling
time is of the essence! we've been in the industry long enough to know how important timing and scheduling is when it comes down to a fast paste project. at aim, we submit shop drawings and submittals within 1-3 days of an award on a contract, which will help us as well as our clients to stay ahead on the game by accelerating the approvals/ordering process, which will result in saving time and money. our project managers are trained to meet the deadlines, and to help our clients with scheduling and finding solutions to work around long lead time items.
in-house fabrication, management & build
our 8,000 sqf fully computerized duct fabrication shop allowed us to be more competitive on the bids and deliver material to the site more efficiently. our shop is capable of making almost any size duct order within a day which is essential to our fast pace projects.
our experienced project managers, foremen, and mechanics understand that a successful project is the result of a well established planning throughout the project. we believe management will be easy if all team members are focused on one common goal and that is what we practice at aim.

- virginia mechanical contractor class A license. licensed to do business in virginia, maryland and district of columbia.
insurance:
- we carry $2,000,000 in general liability, $5,000,000 umbrella liability, $1,000,000 auto and $1,000,000 in worker's compensation.
bond:
- we are bondable up to $10,000,000. our bond rate is 1.5% of the total contract value.
